About this file

This document is the Instructions to Offerors for a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for mindfulness coaching services.

The RFQ seeks evidence-based mindfulness training and coaching services to enhance personal psychological health and performance for FDA employees. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote provides the best value to the government, with technical approach, relevant experience, and past performance being more important than price. The technical volume must demonstrate the offeror's ability to incorporate empirically-backed mindfulness principles and provide measures to assess behavioral change. Offerors must provide relevant experience references and submit a firm fixed price quote. The RFQ is set aside for small businesses with a size standard of $15 million. Quotes are due by 10:00am ET on 7/19/2024 and should be emailed to the contracting officer. The contract will consist of four line items covering 12-week mindfulness coaching cohorts, mindfulness workshops, introductory seminars, and 21-day meditation challenges.
