About this file
This document provides answers to questions from offerors regarding solicitation number 75F40123R00152 from the Department of Health and Human Services Food and Drug Administration Office of Acquisition and Grant Services. The solicitation is for evaluating toxic interactions of aldehydes and requires a contractor to provide a research facility and trained personnel to complete experiments. The resulting award will be a firm-fixed price contract. One answer clarifies that the language in Task 4 was revised to state the contractor shall provide the research facility and personnel rather than selecting them. Another answer specifies that requirements are to be completed under a firm-fixed price contract rather than a cost plus fixed fee basis.
