About this file

This document contains questions from potential contractors and responses from the Food and Drug Administration regarding Solicitation Number 75F40122R00082. The solicitation seeks continued quarterly access to national and international pharmaceutical sales data to estimate trends in drug sales, pricing, and distribution. Key data requirements include biologic molecule product data, local product data, and local pack add-ons. Pricing is to be provided for annual access via 12 monthly installments. While a trial subscription is not required, the agency will require one to aid in evaluation. Numbering for the statement of work was adjusted due to track changes, and contractors may propose their preferred numbering system.

In the Period of Performance for Line Items 4, 10, 16, 22, and 28, “12 units/per year” is listed. Does the FDA mean “4 units/per year” for quarterly updates since the solicitation requests quarterly updates to international sales data?

It’s quarterly updates but because we expect to be billed monthly hence the 12 units/year
