Question
NumberRFP Reference
(if applicable)QuestionCDC Response
1C.3Can an offeror propose alternate language for the special clauses in Part C.3?Yes, offerors may propose changes to the special clauses in part C.3. These changes should be made via redline in the proposal
2E.3.d.3 (pg 30)Does the language in this provision in fact mean only services or does an offeror need to provide a list of current clients who receive product with its submission of the RFP?Offerors have some discretion in deciding which past performance they decide to submit. CDC does not require a complete list of clients, but offerors should include a few examples of contracts of similar scope to this solicitation.
3E.10.b (pg 51)For purposes of determining whether an offeror has active contracts or grant over $10,000,000, should an offeror use the overall potential value of a contract or the funded value of a contract? The $10,000,000 amount is based on the overall potential value of contracts or grants, not the funded amount.
