Chamblee Campus Bldg 108 Questions and Answers

1. Do the SF1442, Amendments, Section K Reps and Certs count towards the 70 page overall limit?

Answer: The SF 1442, Amendments and Section K Reps and Certs do not count toward the 70 page limit.

2. For organizational charts, is 11x17, and/or smaller font sizes acceptable?

Answer: Organizational Charts may be submitted as a fold out on 11x17 paper and alternate font sizes.

3. Section L.1.D.3 General References indicates that offerors should complete and submit the attached “general references” form. There was no general references form attached. Can this requirement be removed?

Answer: The General References form was added via amendment 00001. The requirement will not be removed.

4. Section M.3 Phase I Solicitation Other requirements, paragraph 2, last sentence states “……..along with eight (8) hard copies and one (1) electronic copy of the Phase I proposal which may include the D-B’s A/E of Record’s completed form SF 330’s.” Please confirm that submittal of the SF 330 is NOT required. If it is required, does the SF 330 count towards the overall 70 page limit?

Answer: The SF 330 is not required, prospective vendors have the option of utilizing it if they choose.

5. Section L.1 Part 1Part C Submission Requirements indicates that proposals should be submitted in separate Volumes (I and II). Phase I only requires one Volume. Please confirm that separate Volume requirement is only applicable to the future Phase II submission.

Answer: The separate volume requirement only applies to Phase II submissions.

6. Section L.1 Part 1Part E Phase II, Technical and Price Proposal item 3 indicates “pages must be single-sided”. Please confirm this requirement is only applicable to the Phase II Submission and the for the Phase I submission double-sided pages are acceptable.

Answer: Phase I submissions may be submitted double-sided.
