Question Answer 1.Section 7 in the SOW states that the government will provide a list of buildings. I did not see an attached document that list them. I did see on the site map, in the notes that there are O/A 35 buildings, and O/A 25 Dorms.
1A. Is this the list of buildings the SOW was referring to? Yes.
1B. Is there a more detailed map available to show the actual location of the buildings and dorms? No.
1C. Can you please supply a site map show the numbered buildings and dorms?
No, only map available is the Site Plan Map (See attachment A).

3.SOW, 1.3 Objectives states Property rights to be appraised are: ● Fee simple ownership, subject to all easements, encumbrances, and restrictions of record. ● Rental rate for the property, including the existing buildings on the approx. 100 acres. The notes on the site map points out 400 acres.

Will we have access to the property’s historical financial statements (past 5 years would be ideal, and year-to-date) if awarded the contract?
