About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation providing responses to questions from potential offerors. The solicitation is seeking proposals for the Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Preparedness-Consortium (BioMaP-Consortium) opportunity issued by the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response. The amendment clarifies that offerors need only disclose professional consulting services provided to US government agencies outside of HHS/ASPR/BARDA that would present an actual, potential, or apparent conflict of interest when affirming individual team members' past work history. Additionally, the amendment confirms the proposal due date remains unchanged at August 22, 2023 at 3:00 PM Eastern time and requests offerors to acknowledge receipt of the amendment in submitted proposals.

Given the fact that offerors, including their team members, may have performed thousands of professional services engagements, not related to this effort, for the USG over the past three years, would it be acceptable for the offeror to include the required information mailto:shane.sarchiapone@hhs.gov mailto:christopher.weaver1@hhs.gov
