About this file
This document provides instructions for a proposed pricing spreadsheet for a federal contract solicitation. The solicitation seeks a contractor to acquire up to 170,000 unit doses of an FDA-approved treatment for thrombocytopenia arising from radiation exposure over a 10-year period. The initial acquisition will be up to 51,000 doses with additional quantities procured through five option periods to reach the total required amount. The contractor must also provide a contractor-managed inventory with stock rotation and an accurate inventory report and product locations available in emergency situations. Pricing should be provided for fully burdened labor rates by position in six periods, materials and supplies costs by dosage and vial size in six periods, certified storage facility costs by dosage in six periods, vendor managed inventory costs by dosage in six periods, and shipping within the US by total dosage in six periods. The spreadsheet provides instructions and templates for offerors to provide this pricing information in a standardized manner for fair and reasonable price evaluation.
