About this file
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the California Health and Human Services Agency, Office of Technology and Solutions Integration (CalHHS OTSI) for the renewal of Monotype licensing services. The RFQ seeks quotes from qualified vendors to provide Monotype software renewal and related services. The procurement is limited to California-certified small businesses only, with participation restricted to vendors holding current Small Business (SB) certification from the Department of General Services (DGS). Specific details regarding response deadlines, site visits, bidders' conferences, quantities, contract term, and renewal options should be referenced in the attached RFQ documentation.
This procurement has been set aside exclusively for certified small businesses, limiting competition to qualifying California SB vendors. Interested firms must maintain valid California Small Business certification through the DGS Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (OSDS) to be eligible for participation. Additional information regarding certification requirements, pricing terms, funding sources, and contract specifications is contained within the detailed RFQ document. Vendors seeking certification information should contact the DGS OSDS website at https://www.dgs.ca.gov/PD/Services/Page-Content/Procurement-Division-Services-List-Folder/Apply-for-or-Re-apply-as-Small-Business-Disabled-Veteran-Business-Enterprise.
