Issuance Date: December 16, 2020 Response Date: January 11, 2021; 17:00, Central European Time
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
USAID Mission in Serbia Office of Democracy and Economic Growth
Request for Information (RFI) - Media Activity
USAID/Serbia has developed a DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO) for a media industry development activity (final name TBD). The purpose of this RFI is to provide industry and stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, suggest and enhance areas in the SOO. The RFI is anticipated to result in a finalization of the SOO that may lead to a formal Request for Proposals for potential offerors. The potential period of performance is five years. The Draft SOO is included as an attachment.
This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by USAID to form a binding contract; only the information requested in this RFI will be reviewed. Further, USAID is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that USAID will not be responsible for any costs incurred in response to this RFI.
Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized at https://beta.sam.gov/.
It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor https://beta.sam.gov/ for additional information or updates pertaining to this RFI.
Submission is strictly voluntary. USAID will not provide feedback or responses to questions submitted in response to this RFI and no proposals or resumes will be accepted or considered.
Respondents are not required to respond to all questions but may choose to do so.
Thank you for your feedback.
Regards, Patricia Siaso Regional Contracting Officer
USAID
