ATTACHMENT J.6 ILLUSTRATIVE INDICATORS

Illustrative Indicators

The following indicators are notional; the Contractor must finalize indicators within 90 days of award in coordination with the USAID COR and other USAID M&E staff in USAID/Georgia.

The Contractor must produce data on the indicators at the frequency and level of disaggregation required by USAID.

Mission PMP Indicators:

● IR 1.2-1 Share of trade with Russia/ EU/ China in target value chains/ sectors

● IR 3.2-1 Volume/ value of imports in target sectors

● IR 3.2-2 Volume/ value of exports in target sectors

● IR 3.2-3 Value added generated in target sectors

● IR 3.2-4 Value of investment facilitated in target sectors

● IR 3.2-5 Value of sales of target enterprises (domestic and exports)

● IR 3.2-6 Number of jobs created

Standard F Indicators:

● EG 2.2-1 Number of firms receiving USG-funded technical assistance to export

● EG.2.2-2 Number of firms receiving USG assistance that have obtained certification with an international quality control institution(s) in meeting minimum product standards

● EG.2-12 Number of private sector enterprises with increased access to finance due to

USG assistance

● EG.3.1-14 Value of new USG commitments and private sector investment leveraged by the USG to support food security and nutrition

● EG 3-2 Number of individuals participating in USG food security programs

● EG.3.2-26 Value of annual sales of farms and firms receiving USG assistance

● EG.3.2-29 Number of organizations with increased performance improvement with USG assistance

ATTACHMENT J.6 ILLUSTRATIVE INDICATORS

● GNDR-2 Percentage of female participants in USG-assisted programs designed to increase access to productive economic resources (assets, credit, income or employment)

● YOUTH-3 Percentage of participants who are youth (15-29) in USG-assisted programs designed to increase access to productive economic resources

Custom Indicators:

● Value of targeted agricultural exports going to identified strategic markets

● Percentage increase of targeted agricultural exports going to strategic markets

● Number and value of facilitated trade deals closed within strategic markets/countries

● Export percentage share from USAID beneficiaries (value and volume)

● Value and volume of Georgian goods that meet international market standards

● Value of new domestic and foreign investment mobilized in agriculture as a result of USG assistance (debt/equity, public/private)

● Number of high value jobs (off farm) created with USG assistance

● Reduced GHG emissions from agricultural enterprises and through support for systemic change as a result of USG assistance
