About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for a United States Personal Service Contractor position with the United States Agency for International Development. The amendment makes two revisions: first, it corrects a typographical error in the eligibility requirements to clarify that lawful permanent residents including green card holders are eligible to apply. Second, it updates the evaluation criteria to state that only US citizens and lawful permanent residents including green card holders who meet the minimum requirements will be evaluated, and removes language regarding renouncing dual citizenship. The solicitation seeks candidates for up to two procurement analyst positions within USAID's Office of Acquisition and Assistance Policy Division to help develop, communicate, and support acquisition and assistance practices that align with USAID objectives such as climate change, localization, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of relevant work experience at the GS-13 level and an ability to obtain a facilities access clearance. The closing date for submissions is March 29, 2024.
