About this file
This document contains an amendment to a federal solicitation for warehousing and logistics services. USAID's Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance is seeking offers to support food aid and potentially non-food aid storage in Djibouti through procuring warehousing services and other logistics functions. The amendment provides additional evaluation criteria requiring offerors to specify their proposed level of effort as a prime contractor if using subcontracting arrangements. It also clarifies that USAID will evaluate contractor performance based on proposed effort levels and utilize existing performance databases and references to inform its past performance assessment. Offerors should review all requirements and submit proposals by the stated deadline in response to solicitation number 7200AA21R00049.
