About this file

This amendment to a request for quote (RFQ) from the US Agency for International Development (USAID) seeks to procure a license providing two users access to a continuously updated database of global greenfield investment transactions from 2005 to the present. The RFQ requires comprehensive transaction-level data on new foreign direct investments wherein companies build new operations in other countries, accessible via an online platform, application programming interface, or bulk data download. The amendment increases the number of required credentials from one to two, changes the title from "Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions" to "Greenfield Investment Data," and provides responses to questions from prospective offerors. Quotes must be submitted by July 30, 2020 to Mrs. Veronica Bates-Shields at the specified email address.
