Virginia Tech is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive planned giving marketing, communications, and related support services for the Office of Gift Planning within the Division of Advancement.

The intent of this RFP is to establish a contract with a single qualified contractor to support and enhance the University’s planned giving program through strategic marketing, content development, design, execution, and related services.

Virginia Tech’s Office of Gift Planning utilizes external expertise to assist in developing and implementing marketing initiatives that increase awareness of planned giving opportunities, strengthen donor engagement, produce gift planning donor leads donors, build pipeline and support long-term philanthropic growth. We are, therefore, requesting that your firm register as a vendor within the eVA system.

https://www.sbsd.virginia.gov/

There are transaction fees involved with the use of eVA. These fees must be considered in the provision of quotes, bids and price proposals offered to Virginia Tech. Registration in the eVA system is accomplished on-line. Your firm must provide the necessary information. Please visit the eVA website portal at https://eva.virginia.gov/register-now.html and register both with eVA and Ariba.
