About this file
This document contains a comprehensive list of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Provisions and Clauses for a federal contract solicitation, primarily focused on commercial products and services. The document includes key provisions such as subcontractor disclosure requirements, where offerors must identify any subcontractors performing more than 20 percent of the total contract value or critical performance elements, including their business size and work description. The government will evaluate proposed subcontractors as part of assessing technical capability and performance risk.
The document lists numerous FAR clauses covering a wide range of compliance areas, including system for award management, small business representations, equal opportunity, labor standards, privacy safeguards, and prohibitions on contracting with specific entities (e.g., inverted domestic corporations, ByteDance, Kaspersky Lab). Notable requirements include provisions on combating trafficking in persons, sustainable products and services, minimum wages for contractor workers, and various equal opportunity standards for veterans and workers with disabilities. A final note indicates that the System for Award Management (SAM) may require additional representations beyond those included in the specific agency solicitation.
