TITLE:
QUESTION: On CLIN0006AA-AD and CLIN0007AA, AC, AD – If we believe the personnel required to perform our proposed upgrade is less than 6 technicians requested in the notes, can we provide the lower manpower and cost in these CLINs with our proposal, or do we need to put in the cost for all 6 technicians?
RESPONSE:
Vendors can propose/quote a different number of technicians as they deem appropriate, but please indicate the number of personnel used in your estimate. Fewer personnel could be acceptable to the Government as long as the time to perform the work is not extended due to using fewer personnel.
