2. SCOPE OF WORK

2.1 SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS

The vendor shall provide and deliver the following supplies. All quoted items must meet the applicable salient characteristics identified in Sections 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 of this document.

2.1.1 INFLATABLE CRRC

REQUIREMENT DESCRIPTION / SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS

Quantity Six (6) complete craft.

Craft Type Inflatable craft configured to support Coast Guard dive operations and the transport of divers, dive equipment, and associated mission gear.

Overall Length and Color 5.8 meters overall length, black.

Hull and Collar Fabric Composition

Main hull and buoyancy collar/sponsons shall be constructed of CSM (Chlorosulfonated Polyethylene / Hypalon) / Neoprene fabric (minimum 1100–1670 dtx).

Seam Construction Shall be cold-vulcanized/glued seams.

Hydrodynamic Lower Stabilizers

Shall feature independent, physically removable lower lateral speed tubes (stabilizers) running longitudinally beneath the main port and starboard sponsons.

Inflation Architecture Shall incorporate an integrated Intercommunication Valve manifold system linking all primary buoyancy chambers, allowing inflation from a single master point.

Decking System Shall feature an interlocking, multi-panel anodized aluminum rigid floorboard system that can be completely disassembled and rolled/stacked for transport.

Marine Fuel Bladder Each craft shall include one (1) marine-rated fuel bladder with a minimum capacity of nine (9) U.S. gallons, compatible with the required outboard motor.

Marine Fuel Line Each craft shall include one (1) marine-rated, dripless fuel line with a minimum length of fifteen (15) feet, compatible with the required outboard motor and furnished fuel bladder.
