Bernard Webber FY19 Dockside Repairs

Amendment A0001

70Z080-19-Q-P45A3400

This amendment is issued to answer the following questions:

1. Question 1: Tenting requirement for soft patch repairs: Is the tenting required to remain in place for the entire dockside or can it be removed when the scope of work is complete?

Will it be required to accommodate SSDG removal or overhaul or other work in the space?

Answer 1: The Tenting is required to remain in place until the work item

(SSDG Soft Patch and Deck Area, Inspect and Repair) is completed. There will be no removal of the SSDG’s or other work in that space that requires removal.

2. Question 2: Will marine chemist certification of the grey water tank be required?

Answer 2: Yes, marine chemist certification is required for the grey water tank.

3. Question 3: Will any other work be conducted during the DS? If so, is there a schedule available for planning purposes?

Answer 3: We usually do not discuss the ship force’s work list until after contract award.
