Solicitation Amendment 70Z04025Q51400B00 A0001
Question and Answer
Q1: Will partial shipments be permitted under the terms of this solicitation? If so, are there any specific guidelines or approval processes we need to follow to facilitate phased deliveries?
A1: Partial shipments are accepted and encouraged. For each shipment, please provide the
Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), who will be identified at time of Contract Award, with all relevant tracking information via email, such that each delivery can be easily tracked.
This will allow the COR to anticipate arrival of shipped items for ease of inspection and acceptance at the Destination (SFLC Baltimore Warehouse).
