Storage Container SOW In accordance with PR 2123403Y61A249001

Overview: The CG Yard requires storage containers to house cutter items and material during CGC Spencer availability. The contractor is required to provide (10) 20’ Storage Container Boxes, one of which must be climate controlled, and all must be weather tight and lockable. The climate controlled unit should have a unique identifiable number and company name in the upper left/right or lower left/right corners.

POC: Ship Superintendent ENS Kevin Stachowski 410-636-7642

Line Item 1) Purchase, Nine (9) Total - 20’ Storage Container (Conex Box), weather tight, and lockable.

Line Item 2) Rent One (1) Total - 20’ Climate Controlled Storage Container (Conex Box), weather tight, and lockable. Heat, Air Conditioning, Insulation, and Thermostat.

The contractor shall provide all line items to the CG Yard NLT than May 5th, 2023 unless otherwise instructed.

A) Contractor shall deliver line item/items to the Yard IAW DMR.

B) Contractor shall call POC to verify date, time and location of delivery. Yard may at its desertion change date of delivery.

C) Upon delivery, contractor/delivery person shall meet with POC or his or her alternate to ensure line items are delivered to proper location.

D) Contractor/delivery person shall have POC sign an invoice that references the PO and storage container serial numbers to acknowledge delivery.

E) POC shall call contractor when line item Two (2) is are no longer needed and ready to be picked up if prior to the end of period of performance.

F) Contractor shall pick up line item within 72 hours of pick up call.

G) Upon pick up, contractor/delivery person shall have POC sign an invoice that references the call order and storage container serial number to acknowledge pickup.

Period of Performance: 05/05/2023-8/01/24

All containers are required to be delivered NLT 05/05/23, unless instructed otherwise by the POC.

Staggered delivery is acceptable as long as all containers can be delivered by COB 05/05/2023

The contractor is responsible for picking up climate controlled container after the Period of Performance has ended.
