Responses to Questions

Answers provided May 24, 2024

This document provides United States Coast Guard (USCG) responses for questions that have been asked regarding solicitation 70Z03824QS0000007. Question numbers are provided simply as a reference and in no way infer a prioritization of the questions.

Number Question USCG Response 1 In the SOW paragraph 2.0 it states that there is a yearly estimate of 8,000 bottles total.

However in the Q&A it states that total alloted amounts, which equals 429, should be delivered weekly. Total allotted amount of 429 weekly averages out to be appropriately 22,308 a year. Which totals ate correct?

Neither number is correct. The total amount allotted is the total number that should be at each location on a weekly basis.

For example, if a location is allotted 10 bottles and on Tuesday there are 5 bottles used, then the number delivered will be 5.

The amount delivered on a weekly basis is only the amount required to bring the location up to the allotted amount.
