About this file

This document contains responses to questions regarding a solicitation for maintenance support services for industrial machines from the Department of Homeland Security US Coast Guard. The solicitation seeks a contractor to perform scheduled inspections, maintenance including calibration as applicable, testing, and repairs on a variety of industrial machines. The questions and answers provide clarification on the scope of work, such as allowing "as applicable" to calibration references given machine variations, and revisions to language on government furnished material, replacement parts pricing, documentation requirements, and personnel qualifications. Line item 006 in the schedule of services was replaced with a new machine, and the statement of work was updated based on the questions and responses.
