3. REQUIREMENTS
The Contractor shall deliver spare parts in accordance with the requirements of this contract. The spare parts will be for the EADS CN235-300M CG-01 Configuration MPA Part Number 35-00045-0001 as described by T.S.03.3.05 and modified by various part number changes required due to Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) and engineering improvements. An additional reference for spare part numbers under the scope of this contract is the Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC).
All spare parts provided under this contract shall be new components. The Contractor shall provide necessary certification including traceability to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Traceability means a clear, complete, documented, and auditable paper trail which traces each step from an OEM to its current location. The Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Conformance (COC) to ensure parts are in airworthy condition and suitable for installation on USCG aircraft.
4. SPARE PARTS NUMBER CHANGES
The Contractor shall notify the USCG of any spare part number changes as soon as they are notified by the supplier. The Contractor is authorized to change spare part numbers as long as the spare part does not impact form, fit, function, and interface (F3I) or airworthiness certification, and as long as the spare part possesses such functional and physical characteristics as to be equivalent or better in performance, reliability, and maintainability, to another item of similar or identical purposes, and is capable of being exchanged for the other item without selection for fit or performance, and without alteration of the item itself or of adjoining items, except for adjustment. In some instances, principally because of obsolescence, a part change may impact F3I. In those cases, any part number requiring a change in F3I or alteration of the item itself or of adjoining items (except for adjustment) will be incorporated in a Service Bulletin (SB) with the details of the necessary change.
The Contractor shall provide Supply Item Change Request (SICR) data for any spare part number changes that occur to the baseline configuration during the period of performance of this contract. For the purposes of SICR data, changes are defined as changes that incorporate a part or part number modification. The Contractor is not required to provide SICR data for component changes within Line Replaceable Units (LRU). The Contractor shall provide relevant technical data required to support interchangeability in the form Attachment J-10.
5. CONTRACTOR RISK NOTIFICATION

The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer in writing within 7 business days of any event that affects contract deliveries or workload, including actions taken to mitigate the events and estimated timelines of future actions.
6. DATA MANAGEMENT
Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall prepare and deliver all data deliverables in electronic format compatible with USCG Standard Workstation. Unless otherwise indicated data not required to be revised may be provided in Adobe Acrobat DC (Standard) by Adobe Systems, Inc.
