SCOPE OF WORK FOR SOLICITATION #70Z03119QL3628900 – 64 BLINDS For US Coast Guard Bldg. 20, San Pedro, CA 90731-7333
The US Coast Guard, USCG Sector Los Angels-Long Beach, 1001 S. Seaside Ave. Bldg. 21, San Pedro, CA, is seeking a quote for the following supplies and service.
Please provide options and cost breakdown for each of the below:
Window quantity and size: We have 64 windows. All windows are all 94" wide by 46" tall from wall frame to wall frame.
Shade Type: We would like 1% open weave/sun screen roller shades installed in each window. Please break down labor costs and cost of shades.
Shade Color: Cream, beige, sandstone, or similar color.
Valence Option: Please provide a cost with valence and a cost without a valence. Please provide valence type/picture, and Coast Guard will decide to procure it or not.
Disposal: Please provide a quote to remove current 1" vinyl blinds for 64 windows. Please provide a quote for disposal off-site and a quote for disposal at the onsite Coast Guard dumpster. Coast Guard will evaluate options and decide best option.
Also please address any included and/or optional warranties, and ordering/install timelines in the quote.
Please provide quotes on a document with your business name/information.
