About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a solicitation for 300 sheets of medium density overlay plywood from the Department of Homeland Security US Coast Guard. The agency will offload the plywood from delivery vehicles. Bidders can submit proposals for both the 300 sheet and 1355 sheet solicitations at the same time even though the due dates are one week apart, with the 15-day delivery window beginning after award. Delivery time of three weeks from award is acceptable. The plywood will be unloaded at an open area if delivered by flatbed truck or at a loading dock if delivered by other means.

If so, when would the 15-day delivery window begin? After award If we win either or both solicitations, the soonest we could deliver would be 3 weeks from the awarded date. Is this acceptable? Yes When the trucks carrying the plywood arrive, where will it be unloaded? Open area or loading dock?
