Question and Answers (Q&A)
RFQ #70VT1524Q00032
Boston Parking
1.) Clarify statement, "Contractors/Attendants will not leave the vehicles unsecured."
We would like to understand if the Government requires the vehicles to be manned and secured at all times, or if proof of a safe and secure parking facility, such as live CCTV coverage at the entrance and exit and intermittent security patrols, would suffice.
Cameras at the entrance/exit and intermittent security will suffice.
2.) Could you please specify what "INV" stands for in the context of the 4 regular parking spaces allocated for INV?
INV stands for Investigations.
3.) Additionally, could you provide more details on the nature of the audits referenced for the 1 regular parking space?
Audits-is an office within the Office of Inspector General. We are requesting (1) space for an employee in that office. It should be invoiced separately from the other (4) spaces.
4.) Who was the last incumbent?
Basic Technologies Inc.
5.) What was the last contract value?
The Government will not be providing that information at this time.
6.) Are we required to fill out any Stand forms such as SF1449 to accepted for this RFQ?
No. The instruction to offerors and the provision clause offerors shall complete can be found on page 2.
7.) Are funds already allocated for this RFQ.
Yes.
8.) Is the expected start date still 9/1/24
Yes.
9.) When will your agency announce the awardee?
On or before 08/27/24.
