The United States Secret Service (USSS) provides protection to designated protectees. One aspect to the way a protective site is setup is ballistic countermeasures. The USSS utilizes various types of ballistic armor in that endeavor. Certain types of this armor require extensive logistics, personnel, and heavy equipment to be placed properly.

The purpose of this RFI is to procure a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) capable of allowing the USSS to have readily available resources to install ballistic amor anywhere in the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and all U. S. Territories and Protectorates.
