Is there an incumbent, if so, who is it and what is the contract value?

The gov't declines to answer

When I lease the truck, whose name will the insurance be in? The US Government is Self Insured.

If the Secret Service goes over the allotted mileage, will they pre-pay for it in the beginning of the contract, throughout or at the end?

Mileage overage will be satified at the end of the lease.

Following up to question 3, since the amount of miles put on the vehicle will be unknown, will the billing be paid monthly or will it be paid upfront for the base year plus the two additional years?

Mileage is a set annual amount (should be quoted). Billing is monthly

When the lease is over, do I, meaning my entity, come to New York to regain control of the truck or does the Secret Service ship it back to the dealership?

To clarify the pricing CLIN’s for the purposed lease, are you looking for what a 1-year lease would be for the ‘base’, followed by what the cost would be for an additional year (for year 2) and an additional year for year 3 Yes

Will the lease agreement need to be under our LLC and not a Gov't entity's LLC?

Leasing agreement must be under the offical companies title registered on SAM.gov

If we were to be awarded this contract, the following two years are not guaranteed correct? Correct

Do you have a preference on the make/model being a national brand vs. foreign brand if the specs are met? Must be Made in America and all specs must be met

Are there any federal credits we can apply for when shopping for this lease? No

Are we allowed to choose to finance a new vehicle instead of lease?

We do not dictate how the vendor purchases the vehicle. This will be a lease between us and vendor.

Reaching out to confirm if you get the dimensions and specifications of the SUV from a specific car? There is not a specific car. Specs are minimum requirements. Vendors can offer over.
