Questions and Answers
1) The specification states that light output for the devices should be 6-8 million candela; however, the manufacturer's specification for the CTS 7290M device only specifies a minimum capability of 2 million candela. If the CTS device is the standard, will a technical spec exceeding the 2 Million candela be acceptable?
Response: Yes
2) With the pricing variability we are seeing in the market, it's difficult to pin a price for the option years that is fair to the USSS without producing too much risk for us. To confirm, there is no option to modify these costs beyond labor rate increases as defined by the Sec. of Labor. Must all (4) option periods be priced to be considered responsive to the solicitation?
Response: Yes
3)For p/n 7290M, is the anticipated volume to be 2,000 CASES per year (24,000 pieces) or 2,000 PIECES per year ?
There are 12 pieces/case of p/n 7290M.
