About this file

This document is an Amendment to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a commercial contract opportunity to provide a venue to host Naturalization Ceremonies on behalf of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) San Francisco Field Office. The RFQ outlines the requirements for a venue with the capacity to host up to 3,000 individuals within a 20-mile radius of the USCIS San Francisco office. The period of performance is a base year from 12/1/2024 to 11/30/2025, with four 12-month option periods for a total of 60 months. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price type. Quotations are due by 11/6/2024 and will be evaluated on Best Value, with the venue being more important than price. The solicitation is being issued unrestricted, with no incumbent contractor. The document also includes a Q&A section addressing various logistics and operational questions related to the venue requirements.
