About this file
This Request for Information from the Department of Homeland Security seeks information from vendors able to provide a nationwide childcare subsidy program for eligible DHS employees. Respondents are asked to describe their capabilities to support the program requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Objectives and respond to questions on topics such as service delivery models, experience supporting similar programs, security compliance, and timelines for implementation. Submissions are due by March 28, 2024 and should not exceed 20 pages, with the opportunity for one-on-one vendor meetings to discuss comprehensive responses. The agency intends to use the market research to potentially issue a future solicitation for these childcare subsidy program services.
