Navigator, AOL, Opera, Yahoo, Mozilla, Firefox, browsers, capable of providing 128-bit SSL encryption and built on current J2EE standards." Please confirm that browsers are no longer supported by OEM do not need to be supported. For example, Microsoft internet explorer to

RFP states "Compatible with MS
Windows 2000 and later versions of
Windows (XP/Vista/Win7) as well as, server operating systems from
MS Windows Server 2003 through
Windows Server (current version)."
Please confirm if the versions listed should be updated to ensure security requirements are met as these operating system versions are no longer supported by the manufacture. Will you please revise the RFP to reflect this change.
We concur with this conclussion, that windows compatability with newer versions is a standard practice, and that updated versions of software should be considered more optimal. Having said that, the requirement still is good and standing.

Technical
Requirements 4.1 7
RFP states “Able to maintain Joint
Commission compliance for electronic data interchange with healthcare facilities” Please provide further details as to the requirements associated with this data interchange have not been universally standardized. For example, are you referring to HL7v2, FHIR, etc.

The RFP asks for SOC as a service and continuous monitoring, how would we do that in DHS environment (section 5.2). Please clarify where we will be required to perform this SOC service. For example, we will need to know what
SOC services would be provided by
PIV access and suitability screening of the individuals supporting the application. Hosting would remain on Government Servers.
FACTOR 2:
Management
Capability 5.2 6

Company’s Approach to Performing the Work section to provide confidence that the government is receiving appropriate value for cost."
What section is being referred to as
"Company's Approach to Performing the Work section"?
We ask that companies engage in defensible work place performance, and practices. This is supportive of the Government ensuring that rates are in line with industry standards.

Section 4.1 of the SOW states that the Contractor shall provide a
Commercial off the shelf (COTS), web-based System. However, the pricing Matrix instructions call for each task to be priced based on labor rates with no adjustment to the ODCs.
The COTS pricing should be factored in such a way to allow use by 4K users at various times on
Government servers. Vendor cost estimate is determined based on their perceived ability and structured costs for the performance of this work.
