| # | Category | Description / Instruction |
1 General Pricing Instructions Section L of the solicitation provides the overall Price Instructions; these instructions are specific to this Pricing Schedule.
The Contractor shall ensure any costs associated with IDIQ Contract management and overhead expenses are included in the individual contract line items (CLINs). The costs for all the requirements that are not separately priced CLINs on this worksheet should be included in the specifically priced CLINS that are listed on this worksheet.
The proposed unit price for each CLIN in this Pricing Schedule shall include, as necessary, all IDIQ Contract management and overhead expenses, as mentioned above. Costs of initial development and implementation of necessary dashboards shall be addressed as a direct cost to the DHS, as required through post-award Task Order established in support of Transition-In activities.
This Pricing Schedule, Attachment J-1 provides the Total Evaluated Prices from the Base Period, Option Period 1, and Option Period 2. Vendors will be evaluated on their Total Evaluated Price found in Attachment J-1.
2 Quantities The Government has provided estimated quantities for the purpose of establishing a total evaluated price. Vendors shall provide their proposed unit prices based on the estimated quantities represented in this Pricing Schedule. The quantities presented in this Pricing Schedule are estimates ONLY and shall be used for the purpose of establishing a total evaluated price. Representative estimated quantities shall not be altered or modified in preparing a proposal response.
Note that some years show zero quantities. This is intentional based on Government pricing quantity assumptions related to items such as licensing arrangements, refresh, and maintenance cycles.
3 Catalogs The Government has provided estimated Catalog products/services with estimated quantities for the purpose of establishing a total evaluated price. Vendors shall provide their proposed unit prices based on the estimated Catalog products/services and associated estimated quantities represented in this Pricing Schedule. The Catalog products/services and quantities presented in this Pricing Schedule are estimates ONLY and shall be used for the purpose of establishing a total evaluated price.
DHS has established a Not to Exceed amount per Catalog CLIN per ordering period, which will be incorporated in the resulting IDIQ contract award.
The Catalog products/services and quantities presented in this Pricing Schedule are estimates ONLY and reflect future Task Order requirements. The Catalog products/services and quantities presented in this Pricing Schedule are estimates ONLY and shall be used for the purpose of establishing a total evaluated price. Task Order requirements may include brand name or equal products/services that will be defined at the Task Order level after the DCCO IDIQ Contract is awarded.
Estimated Catalog products/services with estimated quantities included within the Pricing Schedule, Attachment J-1 are for evaluation purposes ONLY and are separate and distinct from the established Not to Exceed (NTE) Catalog CLIN amounts to be included in the IDIQ contract award.
| 4 | Travel | DHS has provided a Not to Exceed amount for Travel. The Not to Exceed Travel amount established by DHS shall be included within total evaluated price. The provided Not to Exceed Travel amount shall not be altered or modified in preparing a proposal response. | |
| 5 | Other Direct Charges | DHS will provide a Not to Exceed amount for Other Direct Costs (ODC). ODCs include Passive devices, installation material, and other ancillary items within scope of the DCCO IDIQ contract. ODCs shall not exceed 1% of an awarded Task Order value. | |
| 6 | Engineering, Installation and Commissioning Services | The Engineering, Installation and Commissioning services described in the PWS do not include the cost of the hardware/software being supported. | |
