About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology (S&T) Directorate for Information Assurance Compliance Support Services. The RFI is market research only and does not constitute an obligation or solicitation for proposals. The Government will not pay for responses, and all submissions become Government property. The S&T CIO Office seeks professional technical support services to support its Information Assurance branch, which manages approximately 35 distinct IT systems with 2,500 endpoints across multiple general support systems, cloud-based solutions, and federally funded research and development centers. Required services include compliance support for testing, tracking, and adherence to cyber mandates including Executive Orders, Emergency Directives, OMB memorandums, and DHS Cyber Task Orders, as well as cyber audit management and FISMA compliance. Interested sources must address six core questions: FedRAMP baseline and NIST SP 800-53/800-37 implementation experience; recommended qualifications for Information System Security Managers and Zero Trust/Security Operations personnel; Zero Trust Framework experience in federal environments; performance metrics and reporting capability; emerging technology implementation experience; and Project Management Office Level III implementation experience. Prior work history indicates an incumbent Blanket Purchase Agreement with SiloSmashers, Inc. (GSA GS35F0255X) and a Task Order with APF Technology, LLC (GSA 47QTCB21D0009), both expiring in 2026.
