About this file

This document is a past project form template for offerors to provide details of relevant prior contracts for a solicitation from the Department of Homeland Security for armed protective security officer services throughout Ohio. The solicitation seeks armed security officers to provide security at multiple facilities across the state under a requirements-based contract. Offerors must complete the form describing prior contracts, including services provided, hours, locations, number of officers, performance issues and resolutions. Subcontracting plans must also be addressed if required by past contracts. Relevant past experience providing armed security services, especially in Ohio, would demonstrate offerors' ability to perform the services sought under this solicitation.
