RFP No. 70RDAD20R00000019-0001 Questions / Government Responses

No. Question 1 Are all user licenses “concurrent” user licenses or are “individual” user licenses also requested?

Government’s Response: Yes, both 12 concurrent and 12 individual/named user licenses are required. Attachment 1 – CLINs and SOW has been updated via track changes.

2 Is there a cover document similar to the Form 1449 that Offeror’s need to sign for submittal?

Government’s Response: There is no SF1449 for the combined synopsis/solicitation. Per paragraph (i) of the combined synopsis/solicitation, “This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.”

3 In Reference to the FAR 52.212-3; We have completed annual representations and certification but we want to ensure we submit to your requirements. How would you prefer we submit this portion - paragraph (b)? Is there a specific form you require, or should we copy and answer from 52.2-62 through 52.2-63 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation Document?

Government’s Response: There is not otherwise a form to complete. No additional submission is required or requested when annual representations and certification at FAR 52.212-3 have been completed and accessible at https://www.sam.gov. Only if the annual representations and certification at FAR 52.212-3 have not been completed and accessible at https://www.sam.gov the Offeror shall complete and provide paragraphs (c) through (v)) of this provision as instructed at FAR 52.212-3.

4 Are Offerors allowed to comment within line items in the CLIN for user license clarifications/additions?

Government’s Response: Solicited CLINs are not editable. Offerors may separately include ‘Assumptions’ with their offer.

3 Per Section 2.1 of the SOW; Is “Linux” referring to the Linux based Chrome OS, or LYNX Chrome extension?

Government’s Response: This reference has been corrected to “LYNX”, via track changes.
