About this file
This document is an amendment to a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation for Miscellaneous Construction Materials issued by the Department of Homeland Security Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. The amendment provides clarifying information on the pricing matrix and adds a drawing. It requires offerors to submit technical and pricing information, including a completed Technical Exhibit #1 and an official quote that matches the total in the Technical Exhibit. Alternate brand names or models are permitted if they meet the salient characteristics. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses and requires SAM registration. The government intends to award one firm-fixed price contract based on best value, considering price, technical capability, past performance, and delivery. Initial delivery must be within 30 days after receipt of order, with multiple deliveries required per the schedule. No partial shipments are allowed, and no deadline extensions will be granted.
