To keep the playing field as even as possible I’m sharing some Q&A’s received.
$17.20 per hour The EO 14026 minimum wage in effect from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 is $17.20 per hour. 14026 minimum wage. Similar to other workers subject to EO 14026, tipped employees must be paid a cash wage of at least $17.20 per hour, effective January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.
Pg 13 Area A1 Floor Maintenance you do not list mopping. Mopping is listed on pg 14 2x/month. Please confirm you only want the facility mopped 2x per month. Yes, we want the facility mopped 2X /month
Pg 13 you request that non-carpeted floors be spray waxed and buffed to a high shine. That service can only be performed on VCT. Yes, we’re requesting Floor spray waxed plus buffed.
We’ll schedule it on the weekends or after work hours.
Pg 16 What is the difference between the lavatory mentioned on pg 13 and the toilet rooms on page 16? There’re the same. We only have one women and man bathroom .
CLIN structure:
CLIN 0001 is one cleaning per day Monday to Friday
CLIN 0002 is one Cleaning per day Sunday to Saturday
CLIN 0003 is two (2) cleanings per day Sunday to Saturday – (this is the preferred requirement) Funding will drive the award
CLIN 0004 is for a one-time deep cleaning since the facility has been closed for over 3 years – to include As recommended by Mr. Dan, we are prepared to provide separate bids for pressure washing the mezzanine

1. One large breakroom with 2 integrated kitchen subdivisions (K1,K2) approximately 3808 SF (56x68)
2. Two (2) bathrooms, both approximately 528 SF (24x22)

Approximately 60SF (10x6)
4. K3 - within inside group of office there is another kitchen area approximately 198SF (11x18)
In summary, there are 4 kitchen areas, one large break room, and two bathrooms.
Proposals are due tomorrow Wednesday 22 May 2024 at 1PM local Oklahoma time
There is no incumbent – this is a new requirement
This is a small business set-aside – Stafford Act applies – Best Value solicitation
