6Can the unused trailers be titled previous to FEMA purchasing them? I have access to many new trailers that would have to be titled out of state before I could sell them from my Florida store. We want to make sure we are following the letter of what FL DMV requires.YES; Travel trailers defined as new are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the dealer and to FEMA. Be advised that ALL travel trailers must be delivered within the 60 day period of performance so this must be considered with your out of state titling time.
7Does each unit definitely need to have (2) AC's?SOW Page 2Yes; smallest length acceptable is 28 FT which requires two air-conditions
8In CLIN 0002, is the Government seeking a delivery fee per trailer or a mileage cost per trailer?FEMA is seeking total delivery cost (burdened rate) for all 200 trailers to the delivery location.
