About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding a federal solicitation for COVID-19 personal protective equipment and medical supplies. The solicitation seeks various products listed in Attachment A on an unrestricted, full and open basis, with small businesses encouraged to submit offers. Offerors must quote prices for at least 25% of the listed items. Awards will be made to responsible offerors submitting technically acceptable quotes with fair and reasonable pricing. The Federal Emergency Management Agency will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptability and price, with the intent to make awards without discussions. Questions should be directed to the named contracting specialist by email, and quotes submitted electronically to the same email address. Delivery locations and payment terms will be determined at the time of award.
