About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for Data and Analytical Services. The RFI seeks to understand the capabilities of GSA IDIQ awardees to provide comprehensive data analytics support for ICE's operational functions, including screening, vetting, lead development, and criminal analysis. Key requirements include conducting data extractions, identifying trends and anomalies, detecting potential criminal and fraudulent behavior, and analyzing patterns across various data sources such as open source, social media, law enforcement, cyber, and geolocation data.

Respondents are instructed to submit a seven-page response detailing their company's ability to meet the draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) requirements, including specific examples of similar services performed in the past three years. The government anticipates awarding a single Blanket Purchase Agreement against a GSA Schedule, with a focus on NAICS code 541611. Interested parties must provide information about their proprietary analytical tools, partnerships, and capabilities that align with ICE's analytical needs. Responses should include company details such as DUNS number, GSA Schedule contract number, socio-economic status, and a point of contact. Questions are to be directed to Contracting Officer Kelsey Nelson, with the solicitation number 70CMSD25R0000DATA.
