About this file
This document is a set of Questions and Answers related to Solicitation 70CDCR24Q00000015 for "sack lunch" meal delivery services at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facility in Bakersfield, California. The solicitation is for a 5-year contract with an estimated 55 meals per day. The incumbent contractor is B&H INTERNATIONAL LLC under Contract 70CDCR20P00000001 valued at $204,993.75.
The Q&A provides details on submitting bids via email, meal specifications for regular, vegetarian, and Halal options, packaging requirements, delivery times, invoicing and payment terms, and clarification on any discrepancies in the Statement of Work. It also confirms that no special clearance is required for delivery, and that pricing adjustments for option years are not permitted - vendors should build in inflation estimates. Subcontracting is allowed, but the Government will have a direct contract with the prime vendor.
