Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)
RFP 70B06C22R00000038
Performance Requirements Summary
Performance standards define desired services. The Government performs surveillance to determine if the contractor exceeds, meets or does not meet these standards.
The following matrix includes performance standards. The Government will use these standards to determine contractor performance and will compare contractor performance to the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL).
The incentive for achieving the Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs) listed in the Performance Requirements Summary below is a positive past performance evaluation, and it should be understood that failure to meet the performance metrics below will result in negative past performance evaluations. Past Performance Evaluations will be submitted to the Contractor Performance Assessment
Reporting System (CPARS) for all government agencies to review, and will contain detailed narratives explaining reasons for positive and negative assessments.
