About this file
This document is a pricing sheet for a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Firearms Facility Services. The BPA has a base year and four option years, with the Government requiring certain indoor and outdoor range facilities, training spaces, and related services within a 35-mile radius of Buffalo, NY.
The pricing sheet lists the main Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), such as an outdoor range, indoor administrative and training spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, optional simulator and shoot house rentals, and other support services. Offerors should propose competitive fair market prices based on square footage for the required leased spaces. The base year is followed by option years 1-4, with 2% annual labor rate increases. The solicitation closes on July 10, 2024 at 11 AM ET, and the Government intends to award one or more BPAs under this commercial acquisition.

| Contract Title: | Firearms Facility Services BPA | |
| PR Number: | ||

| Notes: | Offerors should clearly address their price structures in their proposals addressing the main Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) below from the SOW. |
For simplicity in preparing an offer, quantities from all DHS/CBP offices have been grouped together. If an award is made, call order quantities will be subdivided into separate CLINs organized by DHS/CBP component offices for billing purposes, as needed.
Indoor Administrative & LLI Classroom Spaces. Firing ranges are typically zoned under industrial lease rates. Consequently, Offerors should propose a competitive fair market annual lease price based on square footage for dedicated Government indoor leased spaces. The DHS/CBP minimum square footage requirement outlined in SOW (i.e., multipurpose classroom/LLI Mat Room, Instructor Office, VirTra Simmulator, Weapons Cleaning Area, and 2 Storage Spaces (if provided)) is 2,180 sqft. plus 100 sqft. for restrooms.
