About this file
This document outlines a draft request for quotation for medical, dental, and surgical supplies and equipment. The Department of Homeland Security requires these items for various organizational components to support emergency medical services. The solicitation involves four categories of supplies: general medical, automated external defibrillators and heart monitors, medical supply kits, and clinical and dental supplies. Delivery locations are restricted to the continental United States. The NAICS code applicable is 339113. It is anticipated that firm-fixed-price blanket purchase agreements with a five-year period of performance will be awarded to responsible vendors using simplified acquisition procedures. The request for quotations will be partially set aside for small businesses and issued through the System for Award Management. Awards will be made to vendors whose quotes are most advantageous based on price and other factors. One or more items may be subject to international trade agreements. Questions about the solicitation should be submitted by email by March 3, 2023.
