About this file
This document is an Addendum #1 for RFQ S-29100-00014599, a Pre-Employment Psychological Evaluation solicitation involving the Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC). The addendum modifies the original Request for Qualifications by changing the offer due date from August 18, 2025, to August 25, 2025, at 2:00 pm PT. The primary modification involves the detailed requirements for the psychological evaluation report that contractors must submit within one week of interviewing job applicants.
The psychological evaluation report must be one page and include a qualification rating of "Qualified" or "Unqualified" for each applicant, with specific narrative requirements. For qualified applicants, the report must describe any reservations or concerns and areas of competence to monitor during training. For unqualified applicants, the report must explain why they are unsuited for law enforcement employment. The report must also assess the applicant's attitudes toward diverse cultures and provide an evaluation of the candidate's psychological traits, potential counterproductive behaviors, and alignment with job-related standards. The Oregon Department of Corrections will ultimately determine whether and under what conditions an applicant will be considered further for employment based on the contractor's evaluation.
