About this file
This document is a Non-Collusion Affidavit for Creighton Elementary School District #14, located in Phoenix, Arizona. The affidavit is a standard legal document designed to ensure the integrity of the proposal process by requiring the offeror to swear that their proposal is genuine and not the result of collusive practices. The affidavit requires the offeror to confirm that they have not induced other potential bidders to submit sham proposals or refrain from bidding, and that they have not sought to gain an unfair advantage over other offerors.
The document specifically references compliance with Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) and Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) regulations, particularly regarding the prohibition of offering personal gifts or benefits to individuals involved in contract supervision, selection, or financial transactions. The form must be completed, signed by the affiant, and notarized, with a note that remote online notarization is acceptable under Arizona law. The affidavit serves as a legal declaration of the offeror's ethical conduct in the bidding process, aimed at preventing bid rigging and ensuring fair competition for school district contracts.
