About this file

This document is a federal contract clause (ES7035) establishing requirements for Acceptance and Description Sheets under MIL-STD-1171A for ammunition-related procurements.

The clause applies when an Airmunitions Specification requires compliance with MIL-STD-1171 and mandates that contractors prepare and submit Acceptance and Description Sheets for all propellants, explosives, pyrotechnics, and chemical materials incorporated into end items or components (including subassemblies) being procured. Contractors must enter data sheets on-screen into the Worldwide Ammunition-data Repository Program (WARP) system, accessible through the Munitions History Program (MHP) network at https://mhp.redstone.army.mil/. The requirement flows down to all contractors, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. The contractor bears responsibility for data entry accuracy and certification, with typed signatures carrying the same legal weight as handwritten signatures, certifying that all information is truthful and accurate.
