About this file

This document is an attachment for a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by the state of Colorado for the procurement of meat and cheese products. The RFQ involves multiple jurisdictions, including Fremont County. The attachment outlines the required documentation that vendors must submit with their quotes, including a completed cover sheet, vendor disclosure statement, price quote form, and a certificate of good standing from the Colorado Secretary of State or equivalent. The attachment also specifies that incomplete bids will be rejected and late bids are not acceptable.

The RFQ provides details on the specific products being procured, but does not include quantities or pricing information. The submission deadline and award date are not provided. The document indicates that this is a state and local contract opportunity, but does not provide any additional details on the funding sources, set-asides, or the incumbents for this procurement.
